This milestone gathering will bring together affordable housing professionals, government leaders, advocates, developers, service providers, and community changemakers from across the state for three days of meaningful connection and forward-thinking solutions.

Sponsorship opportunities are open, and we invite you to help us celebrate this special 30-year anniversary. Sponsorships range from $750 nonprofit packages to $30,000 Presenting Sponsor, offering a wide range of visibility, engagement, and impact opportunities. All sponsorship commitments are due by August 21.

This exclusive workshop track is available only to registered Utah Housing Matters Conference attendees. Participants must reserve a seat on the bus in advance, as space is limited. The bus departs promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 31. Join Mountainlands Community Housing Trust and sponsor Afforda for a hands-on tour of innovative affordable housing communities, enjoy lunch in Park City, learn how the community land trust model creates lasting affordable homeownership opportunities, and conclude the day with a gardening service project at Parkview Place.
